4 To download an application (App) to our mobile phone, we have to use Playstore (Android) or App Store (iOS).


MODULE 2: Safe and responsible use of ICTs

1 ICT tools are always safe and threats-free.


2 We can increase our security by personalizing our “privacy settings” and by creating a strong password with a mix of small and capital letters, numbers and symbols.


3 If we lose our phone, we can use the “Find my phone” tool from Google.


4 ICT use does not create any potential problem for users.


MODULE 3: ICT Applications for mobiles and tablets I (leisure, health, communication)

1 We can download applications for meeting people, planning our trips, listening to music or the radio, and watching films/TV programmes.


2 We can use YouTube if we want to call a friend or a family member.


3 If we take some medicine, Medisafe can be a useful application.


4 If we want to make video calls, we just have to pay.


MODULE 4: ICT Applications for mobiles and tablets II (banking, daily, accessibility)

1 Google Calendar can be used only from smartphones.


2 Google Maps can be used only in your own city.


3 Magnifying Glass & Flashlight can help you at all times when you need to read texts with small print.


4 If we do not hear very well, we can download specific Apps, such as Sound Amplifier.
